GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE BED AND BREAKFAST LA BROCHERIE

Article 1 / Duration of stay

The client signing this contract concluded for a fixed period may not under any circumstances invoke any right to remain in the premises.

 

Article 2 / Confirmation of a reservation and invoicing

Stays are guaranteed only by receipt of a deposit and deductible from the invoice on arrival. Deposits are cashed upon receipt. Down payment requested of 30%, Either by check (payable to Vapaille Céline) - Either by bank transfer or on the site directly

The reservation will only become final after receipt of this deposit.

The payment of a deposit implies acceptance of these general conditions of sale.

The balance is to be paid on site in cash, check, credit card, ANCV.

 

Article 3 / Room prices

The price of the rooms is freely set by the owner who is free to grant the customer any reduction or tariff advantage and to differentiate the price of the rooms according to the distribution channel under article 133 of the law of 6 August 2015 terminating at tariff parity (see extract below)

"Art. L. 311-5-1. - ...... .. the hotelier retains the freedom to grant the customer any discount or price advantage of any kind, any clause to the contrary being deemed unwritten "

Price, per room and per night, including:

Continental breakfast,

water available in the rooms,

hygiene products (soaps and shampoos) available in the bathrooms,

unlimited internet (wifi),

any hot or cold drinks during your stay,

the swimming pool, the sauna, the massage chair, the balneotherapy, the gym from 9 am to 11 pm,

shower with essential oils (1 per person),

parking within the property,

The games room from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Any service or product not consumed may not be subject to any reduction on the overall price of the stay.

The "industrial" and "revamped" rooms are exclusively for 1 or 2 people, without the possibility of an additional extra bed.

Only the "Norman" and "terrace" rooms are for 1, 2, 3 or 4 people, without the possibility of an additional extra bed.

Only a baby cot (under 3 years old) can be added at no extra charge in each room, it will be provided to you on request. Free stay for children under 3 years old.

 

Article 4 / Cancellation

• In the event of cancellation more than 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be refunded in full within one month of the date of cancellation

• In case of cancellation less than 30 days before the date of arrival, this deposit remains acquired

• In the event of cancellation less than 48 hours before, the deposit remains acquired and we reserve the right to claim the balance of the amount of the accommodation

• In the event of cancellation on the same day, the entire stay is due.

• In the event of a shortened stay, the price corresponding to the cost of accommodation remains fully acquired by the owner

When, before the start of the stay, the owner cancels the stay, he must inform his client. The customer will be immediately reimbursed for sums already paid.

 

Article 5 / The table d'hôtes

Table d'hôtes and gourmet plate must be reserved on arrival at the latest and for everyone in the room. When making your reservation, please let us know if you have any food intolerances and / or allergies.

The table d'hôtes includes: Aperitif, starter, main course, cheese, dessert, coffee or herbal tea, drinks and wine included, served in the evening only.

The gourmet plate consists of cold meats and farm cheeses, salad, coffee, drinks and wine included, served at noon only.

 

Article 6 / Change of rooms

Without the customer being able to claim any compensation, we reserve the right to change the room initially reserved for a room of the same category or of this higher category. In such a case, the cost of the reservation remains unchanged.

 

Article 7 / Arrivals

The customer must present himself on the day specified when making his reservation no earlier than 3 p.m. and no later than 10 p.m. If he is forced to arrive after this time slot, the customer must imperatively notify by telephone on 02 33 30 16 63 or 06 20 26 72 99.

 

Article 8 / Departure - The departure time from the property is 11 am

 

 Article 9 / Art of living, use of the premises

• Only accommodated persons can stay on the property and take the table d'hôtes.

• It is forbidden for people accommodated or staying to invite outsiders.

• Respect for a certain art of living is required of all guests to guarantee the tranquility of the place and the comfort of all guests. Children in the brooch are the sole responsibility of their parents.

• Animals are not accepted on the property. No exemption possible.

• The preparation and consumption of meals are not tolerated in any of the upstairs bedrooms and living rooms.

• All interior spaces are non-smoking. Outside you will find ashtrays to throw away your cigarette ends, please use them.

• For security reasons, the swimming pool and the gym are prohibited for children under 14 years old without an adult.

 

Article 10 / Liability

The spa area (swimming pool, sauna, massage chair, jacuzzi) is under your entire responsibility, in the event of an accident or drowning, the owner cannot be held responsible.

Access to this area is prohibited for children under 14 years old unless accompanied by an adult.

Underwear or swimsuit compulsory

Access to the spa is prohibited for those with skin lesions. Dressings are prohibited.

Access to the sauna is strongly discouraged for people suffering from respiratory cardiac pathologies as well as pregnant women.

The sole proprietorship VAPAILLE Céline certifies that it is covered by civil liability insurance, for a guesthouse activity with a table d'hôte, covering its liability and those of the other persons accommodated.

 

Article 11 / Modification of the general conditions of sale

These general conditions of sale are subject to change at any time without notice. Acceptance of and compliance with these general conditions of sale are deemed to have been acquired upon payment of the down payments.

 

Article 12 / Gift voucher

The GIFT VOUCHER includes the night or nights in the selected room, breakfast, access to the swimming pool, to the SPA, to the massage chair, shower with essential oils, to the gym, to the garden, to the games room .

The GIFT VOUCHER is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be used once.

The GIFT VOUCHER is not refundable.

The purchase of the GIFT VOUCHER constitutes acceptance of the general conditions of sale.

 

 

 

GENERAL CONDITIONS OF HIRE LES CONTINES BAGNOLES DE L'ORNE NORMANDIE

Art 1 - The premises which are the subject of the rental indicated on the back are rented furnished, the lessor undertakes to make available to the lessee the rented accommodation in accordance with the description and to comply with the obligations resulting from this agreement. In the event of force majeure or unforeseeable events, the lessor undertakes to use all diligence to ensure the enjoyment of the premises.

 

Art 2 - The lessee undertakes to enjoy the rented premises "with a good father". He must live in them, without changing the destination of the house and comply with the co-ownership regulations of the house. He may not sublet or assign his rental, in whole or in part.

 

Art 3 - It will be up to the tenant to control the inventory of the furniture as soon as it comes into use and to address any complaints, within 48 hours after it comes into use. The tenant must give notice of his departure from the rented premises at least 48 hours in advance.

 

Art 4 - The objects furnishing the rented premises must be in each room, in the order indicated in the inventory. The tenant agrees to provide for the replacement of damaged, broken or lost items with other identically similar items, or to pay the owners the amount of the buyback value or the cost of their repair. The tenant must absolutely refrain from throwing in the sink (s), shower (s), sink (s), toilet, washing machine (s), etc ... objects likely to obstruct as well as the pipes, failing which he will be liable for the costs incurred by putting these devices back into service. The lessor declines all responsibility for any delay in this operation.

 

Art 5 - The rented places must be left at the end of use in a perfect state of cleanliness, failing which a cleaning allowance payable by the tenant will be payable (50 €).

 

Art 6 - THE TENANT WILL BE REQUIRED TO SUBSCRIBE ANY "CITY" INSURANCE CONTRACT. HE WILL THEREFORE MAKE HIS PERSONAL AFFAIR OF A CONTRACT OF THIS KIND ALLOWING HIM TO COVER ALL OF ITS LEADERS OF RESPONSIBILITY TOWARDS THE OWNER (FIRE, WATER DAMAGE, THEFT, CIVIL LIABILITY).

 

Art 7 - The full rental price will remain payable and must be paid by the lessee, at the latest on the day provided for a contract for the entry into use, even if it does not take possession of the rented premises, and whatever the reason for invoking it, even if it is force majeure. In the event that these conditions are not met, the lessor would be entitled to immediately re-let the premises, subject of this deed. However, the lessee would still be required to pay the balance of the rent. If the premises could be re-let, only the damage suffered by the owner would remain the responsibility of the defaulting tenant. In any event, the deposit on rent paid by the latter will remain acquired as minimum compensation. In the event of non-payment of rents and accessories, legal proceedings will be borne by the tenant who obliges himself to do so. In the event of a late or delayed arrival, or a last minute impediment, the customer must notify the owners. Services not consumed by reason of this delay will remain due and may not give rise to any reimbursement.

 

Art 8 - As a security deposit and as a surety bond for damage that could be caused to the premises or to the property and / or to the objects furnishing the premises, the lessee will pay on the day of entry into the premises the sum of 150 € (one hundred fifty euros). This deposit will be refunded to the lessee, after inventory, less any damage noted, after the departure of the lessee. No amount paid, for any reason whatsoever, will generate interest.

 

Art 9 - Dogs are allowed.

 

Art 10 - The Tenant will authorize the lessor to carry out any repairs whose urgency and necessity appear during the rental
